A bit morbid. Hope no one has serious intentions.
St. Clair is such a nice neighbourhood too. I guess every place has someone twinsted in it. Why they would get off hanging such a ghastly thing in the street like this I don’t know, and there I go photographing it.
Difficult to ignore this!
It certainly was for me. Irritating but still something to take account of. That someone around there suspended that noose for whatever reason says something about some of the people we may call our neighbours. We really don’t know who’s who.
