A Modes of Flight Street Photography Project
A real wow picture. Like the light on him. Sparingly yet so effective.
I photographed her during the moments I shot “One Look” (https://hammerhomestreetphotography.wordpress.com/2013/10/11/my-home-town-unique/) and “Furrowed Brow” (https://hammerhomestreetphotography.wordpress.com/2013/11/20/my-fellow-citizens-3/?relatedposts_exclude=1127). It’s her profile that you see subtly in the background of the latter picture.
Great pictures. All of them.
A stunning capture Allan, an elusive profile with enough beguiling detail.
I’m quite drawn to the hump on the bridge of her nose. It’s quite like that of my sister’s except she got hers from falling and breaking her nose on a large rock when she was very young. She has always hated her nose because of that little bump. She calls her nose a “ski slope”. I have always loved her nose; however. From my perspective, it’s one of the things that make her wonderfully unique.
An intimate portrait without any distractions. I like it 🙂
Thank you, Paula. Her profile capture the light perfectly. She hung her head like that and just long enough for me to spot and take the shot.
