I like how the dark shadow parts of the image.
Yes, I think that was the evening shadow of the steeple of St. Paul’s Presbyterian Church at 70 James Street South. It provides a nice contrast to the brightness of the brick wall, and creates a dramatic tension as if the figure is running from something unsettling instead of running to something.

Once again a photo with nice light and contrasts and a typical urban scene where you’ve captured the stress of city living.
I wish that I could have followed him a little to see where he was heading. I couldn’t risk smashing my camera in the haste.
